Our day surgery service combines the expertise of Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Mr Darryl Coombes with a calm, private setting. From your first consultation through to aftercare, your experience centres on clear advice, thoughtful planning and personal care.

DAY SURGERY IN A PREMIUM, DEDICATED SETTING

Our surgical treatments listed below are offered under local anaesthetic, subject to clinical assessment. The treatment area is numbed while you remain awake, avoiding the recovery associated with being put to sleep under general anaesthetic.

You can usually return home the same day once assessed as ready, with personalised guidance to support your recovery. Local anaesthetic does not remove the need for healing time: the amount of rest and time away from your usual activities will depend on your procedure.

Apex Facelift®

From £4,000

Restore definition to the lower face with a procedure designed to address sagging around the jawline, jowls and neck. The Apex Facelift lifts and repositions tissues to create a more defined, refreshed appearance, with treatment tailored to preserve your individual features.

Upper Blepharoplasty

From £2,700

Upper eyelid surgery removes excess skin that contributes to hooding and heaviness, revealing a more defined eyelid contour. Incisions are carefully positioned within the natural eyelid crease to help make scarring less noticeable as it heals.

Lower / Pinch Blepharoplasty

From £1,500

Refine the lower eye area with a targeted procedure to remove a small amount of excess skin beneath the lower eyelashes. Pinch blepharoplasty addresses loose, crepey skin. Mr Coombes will assess whether your concerns involve skin, underlying fat or both before recommending the appropriate treatment.

Direct Brow Lift

A precise approach to raising lowered eyebrows and improving symmetry. Removing a carefully measured section of skin directly above the brows can reduce heaviness and create a more lifted appearance. The position and visibility of the resulting scars will be discussed during your consultation.

Temporal Brow Lift

A temporal brow lift elevates the outer portion of the eyebrows to create a more open appearance around the eyes. Incisions are positioned around the temples or hairline, with the approach tailored to your anatomy.

Lip Lift

Scar Revision

From £350

Scar revision aims to improve the appearance of an existing scar and, where appropriate, address tightness or discomfort. Treatment is tailored to the scar’s location, size and characteristics. Although a scar cannot be completely removed, revision may help make it less noticeable.

Mole & Skin Lesion Removal

From £250

For moles or skin lesions that concern you or affect your confidence, removal may be an option following clinical assessment. Mr Coombes will explain the appropriate technique, expected scarring and whether laboratory examination is needed.

Excision Biopsy for Suspected Skin Cancer

From £300

Suspicious skin lesions can be surgically removed and sent for laboratory examination to establish a diagnosis. Mr Coombes will explain the findings and advise on any further treatment or specialist referral required.

Ear Pinning - Otoplasty

From £3,000

Ear pinning reshapes or repositions prominent ears so they sit closer to the head. The procedure is individually planned to improve balance while maintaining a natural ear shape.

Earlobe Repair

Your Options

You will receive a personalised treatment recommendation and quote, with time to reflect and ask further questions before deciding whether to proceed. Cosmetic surgery is a personal decision, and you should feel informed and comfortable with your choice.

Your Procedure Day

Your procedure will take place in our dedicated surgical space under local anaesthetic, where appropriate. Your treatment plan and aftercare arrangements will be reviewed with you, and you will be assessed before returning home.

Recovery and Aftercare

You will receive guidance on caring for the treated area, managing your recovery and recognising any concerns. Follow-up arrangements, including wound review and stitch removal where required, will be explained as part of your treatment plan.

Planning Your Recovery

Day surgery allows you to return home without a planned overnight stay, but you will still need time to rest and heal.

Swelling, bruising, tenderness and visible incision lines can occur. During your consultation, Mr Coombes will explain what to expect from your chosen procedure and advise on returning to work, exercise and social activities.

If you are planning treatment around an important event, please discuss this at your consultation so you can allow appropriate recovery time.

Treatment Prices

All treatment prices shown are starting prices. Your final cost will depend on the nature and complexity of your procedure and will be confirmed before you decide to proceed.
