With over a decade of experience in advanced medical aesthetics, Chloe Goodman is the Founder and Clinical Director of Hove Medispa. An accomplished Advanced Medical Injector with a background in clinical phlebotomy, Chloe has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, natural-looking results through precision, artistry and evidence-based practice. Known for her results-driven approach, Chloe believes aesthetic medicine should enhance confidence while preserving each patient's unique features. Every treatment is carefully tailored to the individual, combining clinical expertise with a meticulous eye for detail to achieve refined, balanced and natural outcomes. Alongside leading Hove Medispa, Chloe is completing her Adult Nursing degree, further strengthening the clinic's medical foundation and reinforcing her commitment to continual professional development and clinical excellence. Chloe's vision has always been to create more than an aesthetics clinic. Through Hove Medispa, she has built a medically led practice where advanced aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and healthcare come together under one roof, delivering outstanding patient care within a safe, ethical and luxurious clinical environment. Amelia brings a unique combination of scientific knowledge, clinical expertise and operational leadership to Hove Medispa. Holding a degree in Chemistry and Biomedicine and currently undertaking Adult Nursing training, Amelia is an experienced Advanced Medical Injector, combining her scientific background with advanced aesthetic practice to deliver safe, natural-looking results tailored to each patient's individual goals. As our Registered Manager, Amelia is responsible for overseeing the clinic's governance, regulatory compliance and patient safety, ensuring every aspect of Hove Medispa reflects the highest professional, ethical and clinical standards. Her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to evidence-based practice and passion for delivering exceptional patient care underpin the high standards that define our clinic. Amelia believes that outstanding aesthetic outcomes begin with exceptional clinical care, ensuring every patient receives honest advice, personalised treatment planning and the highest level of support throughout their journey with Hove Medispa.

Hove Medispa is proud to have Mr Darryl M Coombes leading our cosmetic surgical services. Mr Coombes is an internationally recognised Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with an exceptional reputation for facial cosmetic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Renowned for his outstanding surgical skill, artistic eye and patient-centred approach, he is committed to delivering the highest standard of care throughout every stage of the patient journey, from the initial consultation through to treatment and aftercare. His philosophy is founded on honesty, discretion and clear communication, ensuring every patient receives realistic, personalised advice while maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. Mr Coombes qualified in both Dentistry and Medicine at King's College London, before completing specialist training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at leading NHS centres across England, including the internationally renowned Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead. In 1996, he achieved the highest national mark in the Fellowship in Dental Surgery examination at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, receiving the prestigious Gold Medal. He was appointed Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at Queen Victoria Hospital in 2008, where he developed extensive expertise in facial reconstruction, trauma and skin cancer surgery before dedicating his practice to facial cosmetic surgery in 2018. Today, Mr Coombes is internationally respected for his work in facial plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He lectures and trains surgeons throughout the UK and internationally in advanced facial procedures, including rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation and reconstructive surgery. His contribution to the profession extends beyond surgery. He has served as Section Editor for the facial aesthetics section of the British Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, remains a Board Reviewer for the journal, has authored more than twenty peer-reviewed scientific publications and contributed chapters to leading surgical textbooks. In recognition of his humanitarian work, Mr Coombes was awarded a Knighthood of the Order of St John (Chevalier) in 2011 for pioneering facial reconstructive surgery in Malta. In 2025, he completed a Master of Laws (LLM) at Cardiff University, further strengthening his expertise in the legal and ethical aspects of modern surgical practice.
